What is our appointment policy?

We require proper photo ID for all clients in-order to perform
any services.

All appointments are set in person with a non-refundable $60
deposit $100 for all Full day appointments.

-If you're more than 15 minutes late, you'll be required to set a new
appointment, and forfeit your entire deposit.

-If you No-Call, No-Show you'll be required to Pay In Full to set a
new appointment.

-If you were unprepared for your appointment i.e... You do not have
your proper ID on the day of your appointment. You will have to set
a new appointment, with a new deposit.

-If you know you will be late or need to reschedule, please notify us
within 24 hours of the agreed appointment time and there will be no
penalties. This also applies to making changes to your tattoo design.

You must speak to one of our staff directly by phone or in person
during our regular business hours.

We run back-to-back appointments, so any mishaps will upset our
entire day. So please be courteous to us and other clients by being
prompt, and notifying us of any delay or inability to make it to your
appointment.
